While browsing and stalking people on Twitter – and a tweet caught my eye bringing me to the colorful world of Victoria Alexandra which produces PartySkirts. Story was: A few years ago, sisters Lauren and Mariel’s mom sewed and made the first ever “PartySkirt” for her daughters. So sweet After graduating from Parsons of NYC, Lauren went to start the line with her sister Mauriel in LA. The skirts are all handmade in Vancouver, B.C. (yes, represent!) Canada where the girls were born and raised. They recently just had a trunk show at Vancouver in the summer where their skirts were practically sold out within an hour with people wanting more!

Uh yeah, I totally fell in love (and I really really really want one) when I saw the girls rock the skirts. They are available to order online so click on the website and order your very own Party Skirt – in any color and pattern.
